Premise: Can a man (me) move to a new town (Sarasota, FL) without business contacts, and using a real estate short sale investing system that he has no experience with, invest in pre-foreclosure properties to create a success of himself in a mere 365-days, from scratch?
This is the intro video to a 365-day odyssey (I originally had planned to only do 120-days, but when things “took-off” I decided to keep it going) chronicling the progress of real estate investor John Michailidis (that’s me) putting to the test the “Short Sales Riches” pre-foreclosure investing system developed by Nathan Jurewicz.
