I Took the Day Off . . . Almost!
Premise: Can a man (me) move to a new town (Sarasota, FL) without business contacts, and using a real estate short sale investing system that he has no experience with, invest in pre-foreclosure properties to create a success of himself in a mere 120-days, from scratch?
Today I took a bit of a break (hey, it’s day #23 after all — don’t I deserve a break ;-) I went over to my grandma’s house and painted her new back door and trim, I watched a little TV during lunch, and I even napped for an hour! Pure luxury!!!
That said, and me being me, I couldn’t not do ANYTTHING with respect to my 120-day pre-foreclosure short sale challenge, so I:
- Corresponded with my title attorney.
- Coached a few agents through putting deals together.
- Spoke with the broker of the agents I’m working with to see what we could do to help them along.
- Scheduled a training class on scripts and dialogues for meeting with short sale prospects (next Tuesday at 10 am).
- And a few other things besides . . .
So even my days off aren’t really days off! Watch today’s video for all of the exciting details!!!
