We Brought In Another Deal Today!
Premise: Can a man (me) move to a new town (Sarasota, FL) without business contacts, and using a real estate short sale investing system that he has no experience with, invest in pre-foreclosure properties to create a success of himself in a mere 120-days, from scratch?
I coined a new term today — “Pre-foreclosure Investor Buyouts,” aka PFIB’s — I’ve been racking my brain to come up with something other than “short sale flip” since “flip” has a negative connotation in many circles. What do you think? Do you think it’ll catch on?
