Will John Make It?

Premise: Can a man (me) move to a new town (Sarasota, FL) without business contacts, and using a real estate short sale investing system that he has no experience with, invest in pre-foreclosure properties to create a success of himself in a mere 120-days, from scratch?

   Hello John,

   Great job on the videos. I’ve spent quite a few hours just following your videos. I have a question, what do you have to do different if the deal is an FHA deal?

   Hi Marc,

   FHA Mortgagee Letters 2001-07, 2000-05 and 1994-45 will explain how FHA works. I don’t have copies to forward, but I’m sure that if you google them you can hunt them down.
