Today’s New Deal is for the Real Estate Agent’s Own Son!
Premise: Can a man (me) move to a new town (Sarasota, FL) without business contacts, and using a real estate short sale investing system that he has no experience with, invest in pre-foreclosure properties to create a success of himself in a mere 120-days, from scratch?
I just got another short sale package done today and it’s for the real estate agent’s own son!
Now think about that . . . there are many agents that can’t seem to wrap their heads around how beneficial PFIB’s (Pre-foreclosure Investor Buyouts) are for homeowners . . . believing somehow the owner is being “taken advantage of.”
Well, here’s an agent that “gets it” — so much so that he is using the technique to help his own son to avoid foreclosure!

John, I so much enjoy your videos and your insights into what we are trying to accomplish. I am just brand new and trying to get something up and running an dI look forward to your videos each night. I’m in CA. I am a public school teacher which consumes much of my time so Ihave had a slow start. But I can’t wait for summer to arrive so I can get out there and pound the streets to make this business work for my family. I would love to be able to ask my school district for a leave of absence before the end of 2009 so I can solely concentrate on teh business and build something bigger than I have ever dreamed possible. I truly believe that this venture is really a good and helpful thing to do for homeowners and for our economy here in CA. Hey, the quicker we can get these homes off the market and back into the hands of families that can afford it, the sooner our economy will rebound and help everyone.
Thanks for the encouragement and the education your little tidbits provide.
