That is, an avalanche of pre-foreclosure short sale deals flowing my way! Two new “A-B” deals today and I’ve got two competing “B-C” offers that I’m working on. Also, I got a surprise, out-of-the-blue, totally unexpected and unanticipated call from Short Sales Riches System “Platinum Level” coach, Patrick Thurmond . (…)
Spent the day negotiating “B-C” offers, getting documents recorded downtown at the County Clerk’s office, dropped the list price on six of the properties I’m marketing, attended an REIA lunch meeting, and had an all-around productive day! (…)
Another B-C offer came in today and another for the same property is coming in tomorrow! Also, got to spend some quality time on the phone today with one of Nathan Jurewic’s “Rock Star” agents, Patton Gibson, who gave me some great advice and encouragement . (…)
Lot’s of action today! Two different appointments with real estate agents — one has the potential of being a “Rock Star”! Another “B-C” offer came in on one of my short sales today (that’s the third in a week). And finally, I set up an appointment for one of my agents with a potential new “A-B” pre-foreclosure prospect — just to name a few. (…)
