Brought in Another End-buyer Contract and Helped Out a Fellow Short Sale Investor Today . . .
Another end-buyer contract came in today — that makes 19 “A-B” short sale contracts and 9 “B-C” end-buyer contracts. I guess that’s not so bad for a guy who just started working pre-foreclosure investment properties 154 days ago?
I am starting to get nervous about my listings though; with 9 “B-C” contracts that means I have 9 less active listings on the market. Tomorrow I have to start refocusing on generating some listings. Watch today’s video for all of the exciting details!!!
