Today was great!  There is definitely a change afoot in my business — feels like a definite shift from ramp-up mode into productivity mode!  The “A-B” short sale transactions are still rolling in (got another one today) and still more deals that are already in the pipeline are moving from “admin” mode to “negotiation mode.”
