A Peek Behind John Michailidis’ Short Sale Curtain . . .

Today we take a “peek behind the curtain” as I reveal a bit more about my background, my real estate experience, why I’m now doing short sale Pre-foreclosure Investor Buyout (PFIB) transactions for a living, and why I’ve been posting these videos on a daily basis . . . enjoy!!!

Premise: Can a man (me) move to a new town (Sarasota, FL) without business contacts, and using a real estate short sale investing system that he has no experience with, invest in pre-foreclosure properties to create a success of himself in a mere 365-days, from scratch?

    I have been following you on these SS videos since you started and find them generally very helpful and informative. I think todays’ video is by far the most helpful, encouraging and important video you have done to-date. Thanks for sharing as that is not always that easy.
