I had an interesting conversation today with a real estate person who had it all figured out — at the drop of a hat they can rattle off all of the reasons why they can’t make a decent living in today’s real estate market. Truth be told, their mind was clouded with fear, half-truths, and a host of other “issues” both real and imagined.

In today’s video I lay out the truth! This is the real deal about income, fear, excuses, and the opportunity that today’s pre-foreclosure, short sales environment presents to anyone willing to just DO IT! Watch and learn . . .

Premise: Can a man (me) move to a new town (Sarasota, FL) without business contacts, and using a real estate short sale investing system that he has no experience with, invest in pre-foreclosure properties to create a success of himself in a mere 365-days, from scratch?

   I too like the ‘kick-in-the-pants’ message, very Robert DeNeiro-esque. the only thing I could add would be NOW, ala Derek Zoolander ‘DO IT NOWW!’
