I had an awesome day and I hope that you did too! For one, I had an awesome lunch meeting with an attorney and it looks likes he’s going to turn into a great partner and lead source for us. Next, I spent about 40 minutes on the phone speaking with and helping a fellow, local, short sale investor who called seeking advice — we had a great conversation!
