An Interesting Week Indeed for Short Sale Investing!
A whole lot of things happening this week — the world of short sale investing is never dull! Got an approval on a 1st mortgage and am waiting on the 2nd, got an interesting letter from code enforcement regarding a property I have under contract, and I had to cancel two B-C contracts because I felt the end-buyer was untrustworthy. This all makes for a very interesting video, so be sure to watch and to share the link with your friends!!!
