Hey John,, Nice update my man! I’m with you guy! Follow up is key!! I am now requiring of my negotiators to call a minimum of three times a week until a negotiator is assigned and 2 times a week there after. Negotiator is also required to put my name on every LOA…. (found out I was not authorized on a file!)
