Four Short Sale Approvals This Week! Sort of . . .

This week I got FOUR short sale approvals . . . if it were only that easy . . .
I did indeed get four short sales approved this week, but there’s still a whole bunch to do before we can actually close them. Way too much to type, so be sure to watch this weeks pre-foreclosure investor buyout update video for all of the gory details!

Oh John, you kill me dude — so funny! I’ve watched all your videos and I have to hand it to you for your patience dealing with all those short sales.
Personally, I just cant decide what to do on the negotiation side of this thing. I like my hair at 39 years of age!
