The Florida cold-spell has finally snapped and today has been our first day of warm weather in about two weeks! This week I talk about some reasons why you might want to have your real estate license (and some reasons you might not) even when acting strictly as a short sale investor.
I also talk about a disturbing contract addendum clause that I received from a Wells Fargo Home Mortgage negotiator and the implications for this particular deal I’m working.
