It’s been an interesting and busy week. Lot’s of lenders getting their BPO’s done, lots of actual negotiating taking place . . . the pace seems to be quickening! I also talk some about the new Wells Fargo Home mortgage investor loan program that was announced a few weeks ago.

Exciting new year isn’t it John! 12+ hour days for me since Jan 2nd. Approvals coming in very quickly now, negotiators being assigned more quickly, BPO orders?… coming so fast my agents are going WHOA! I think we are going to have a BIG 1stQ! Go get ‘em!
