Exciting new year isn’t it John! 12+ hour days for me since Jan 2nd. Approvals coming in very quickly now, negotiators being assigned more quickly, BPO orders?… coming so fast my agents are going WHOA! I think we are going to have a BIG 1stQ! Go get ‘em!

Oh John, you kill me dude — so funny! I’ve watched all your videos and I have to hand it to you for your patience dealing with all those short sales.

Personally, I just cant decide what to do on the negotiation side of this thing. I like my hair at 39 years of age!

Hey John,, Nice update my man! I’m with you guy! Follow up is key!! I am now requiring of my negotiators to call a minimum of three times a week until a negotiator is assigned and 2 times a week there after. Negotiator is also required to put my name on every LOA…. (found out I was not authorized on a file!)

Hi Marc,

FHA Mortgagee Letters 2001-07, 2000-05 and 1994-45 will explain how FHA works. I don’t have copies to forward, but I’m sure that if you google them you can hunt them down.

My point is to learn from other businesses, whatever field they may be in. I’m certain that the principle of “training up” service providers is as applicable to real estate investing as it is to the hamburger business.

An exceptional concept, but I’m not sure a real estate investing business can be systematized to the extend of a McDonald’s franchise. Maybe though. But at the very least, it can be systematized a heck of a lot more than most Mom and Pop investors have approached it - myself included.
